Buyers also need controlled color, sufficient penetration, a usable reverse side and a hand that remains comfortable after fixation and washing. What is the MOQ for custom cotton scarves?

The standard bulk MOQ is 50 scarves per color. Final minimums can depend on fabric availability, artwork, dimensions, printing route and packaging requirements.

How long does bulk cotton scarf production take?

Bulk production normally takes approximately 7 to 15 days after the sample, artwork and color standard are approved. Complex screen-print setups, special finishing or custom packaging can require additional time.

What is the difference between 40s and 60s combed cotton?

Both are combed cotton options. A 60s yarn is finer and supports a lighter, smoother scarf, while 40s cotton provides a slightly fuller structure. The final feel also depends on weave density, finishing and size.

Why do some printed cotton scarves feel stiff?

Surface pigment systems can leave binder on the fabric and create a firmer hand. For suitable cotton programs, reactive printing followed by steaming, washing and drying removes residual dye and processing agents and restores a softer drape.

Can pressure-assisted reactive printing reduce white-back contrast?

Yes. DOCSUN pressure-assisted reactive printing uses controlled pressure to help reactive dye penetrate more deeply through the yarn and fabric structure, reducing white-back contrast. The final face-to-reverse result still depends on fabric density, thickness, artwork and color depth, so the approved physical sample remains the bulk reference.

Do you support both digital and screen printing?

Yes. Reactive digital printing is suitable for detailed artwork, gradients and flexible development, while table screen printing is available for repeat designs, spot colors and suitable bulk programs.

What colorfastness can be specified?

Colorfastness Grade 4 can be specified under the agreed test method. The test type, substrate, color standard and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in the tech pack before sampling and bulk production.

Can you add private labels and custom packaging?
